Q: Why can’t I see or buy all products from my country?

We now fulfil international orders from a new warehouse that carries our latest arrivals only. Due to local inventory limitations, some older archive or sale styles may not be available internationally yet. If something you love isn’t showing for your region, it’s because that item hasn’t been stocked in our international fulfilment centre yet. 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed? 

Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly. Please contact us immediately via the Contact page & we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available and can be purchased directly on our website.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are shown on our 'Shipping' page.

Q: Will international orders incur customs, duties, or taxes?

Yes, international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Can I return international orders?

For all international exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped from Australia. Please note that duties, taxes, and customs charges are assessed by your local customs authority and courier and are payable upon delivery (DAP – Delivered At Place). These charges are not included in your original order and cannot be estimated or controlled by Molly Vie. More information on this are shown on 'Exchange Policy' page.
