Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN SHOPPING

We have a 30-day EXCHANGE policy, REFUNDS are NOT accepted  which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange via the RETURNS portal.
 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that your return will need to be sent to the following address: 14/2 Hawker Street, Currumbin Waters, QLD 4223 at your own shipping cost (a shipping label will not be provided). Please do NOT ship your item back to any other location.

Please allow up to 14 days for an exchange to be received and accepted- Once your return is accepted upon receiving your replacement item will be sent out, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

For all international exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped from Australia.

Please note that duties, taxes, and customs charges are assessed by your local customs authority and courier and are payable upon delivery (DAP – Delivered At Place). These charges are not included in your original order and cannot be estimated or controlled by Molly Vie.

If duties and taxes are refused at delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, any return-to-sender shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs incurred will be deducted from the exchange value or store credit issued.

Original duties and taxes paid on your initial order are not transferable and cannot be refunded or reused for exchange shipments.

For international customers, if an exchange shipment is not suitable due to duties, taxes, or customs charges, store credit may be offered as an alternative at our discretion.

Please note that international customers may have access to a limited product range online, as stock availability varies by warehouse and location. While new collections and additional styles are released regularly, we cannot guarantee availability of specific items, colours, or sizes at the time store credit is issued or redeemed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as sale items, discounted items purchased on sale, pre order items, headwear, socks or undergarments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or credits on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit your return request via  https://mollyvie.com.au/a/mollyvie-returns and once the return is accepted, wait for a notification email.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Unfortunately refunds are not accepted, soley exchanges or store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
