Please note: Molly Vie is not responsible for any orders that are abandoned, declined, or destroyed. The Return To Sender fees will be deducted from your original order price for all parcels returned to our HQ.


PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During busy sale and promotional periods we can often have small delays, so we appreciate your patience. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates should be used as a guide only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time.


TRACKING
You should’ve received an order confirmation email when you checked out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email send us an email contact@mollyvie.com After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID via Aus Post or DHL


CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind.


PRE-ORDER
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet arrived, however, an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions of the pre-order process. When you pre-order an item from Molly Vie it is reserved exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your garment can be dispatched once available. We do our best to specify on the product page when a pre-order item will arrive but these dates are an estimation and the garment can sometimes become available before or after the advised date. If you have additional garments included in the order with your pre-order item, your full order will be sent after the arrival date of your pre-ordered item.


SPLIT DELIVERIES
We do not offer split delivery of your order. However, at times we may be required to send orders in split shipments depending on stock restrictions.


RESPONSIBILITY
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. Molly Vie cannot take any responsibility for the following issues; incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier service directly with your tracking ID.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

All international orders have duties and taxes included at checkout.
This means all import duties, taxes, and courier handling fees are shown and collected during checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery with no additional charges on arrival.If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, any return shipping or customs handling fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
